| Carpano Punt e Mes Italian Classic Dry Vermouth - In 1786, while he was distilling in Piazza Castello, Turin, Antonio Carpano invented a wine-based aperitif, through the skilful blend of sugar & herbs from the Alps. Only natural ingredients are used in this vermouth. Punt e Mes actually means 'point and a half' named for the stock brokers who drank it who when asked how their day had been always answered that their stock had gone 'up a point and a half'. | Cock o' the North Single Malt Scotch Whisky Liqueur is a new drink created by one of Scotland's most famous clans, the Gordons, whose Chief has been known for centuries as 'The Cock o' the North'. The present Chief, and Cock o' the North is the Marquis of Huntly the North is the Marquis of Huntly According to family legends, the Gordons used to make a drink based on whisky on long journeys, in battle and to welcome guests to their Highland homes.
Cock o' the North Single Malt Whisky Liqueur is the successor to this drink.
Cock o' the North is a mixture of Single Malt Whisky, Blaeberry and a special ingredient known only to The Marquis of Huntly and his son, The Earl of Aboyne.
The distillery is outside Kingussie on the upper reaches of the River Spey in the heart of Whisky Country. Using traditional methods it produces a Single Malt Whisky of exceptional quality which is then used as the main ingredient for the Liqueur.
The result is as sensuously delicious today as it was generations ago, whether drunk straight, as a hot toddy, or poured over ice. To make a Champagne Cocktail: Try one shot of Cock o' the North topped up with Champagne - The fruity flavours of the Blaeberry mix smoothly into the Champagne. The combination of bubbles, Single Malt & Scottish berries packs quite a punch.

| The name is inspired by the Death's Door Passageway between Washinton Island and Door County Peninsula in Wisconsin. This location must surely make it one of the hardest to find micro-distilleries in the US.
Made from local organic Hard Red Winter Wheat and triple distilled in a 90-gallon copper still using only three botanicals; juniper berries that grow wild on Washington Island with coriander and fennel sourced from within the state. Death’s Door Gin is big enough to stand up to classic or vintage cocktail treatment, but soft enough to be enjoyed on the rocks or as a dry martini.
Color – Clear.
Nose – Each botanical is distinctly present, from the initial hit of wild juniper to the coriander and fennel.
Taste – Crisp and bright; aromatic juniper at first, then sweet citrus, and earthy pepper notes at the end.
Finish – Long and smooth.

| Kraken Black Spiced Rum is named after the dark, mysterious beast of Greek mythology The Kraken. Unlike many of the other fabled creatures of ancient history which are firmly based in folklore there are tales from old salty sea dogs that hint that perhaps there were Kraken like creatures that dwelled in the dark, murky depths of the ocean. The base rum is from Trinidad and Tobago and distilled from molasses which is made from local sugar cane and then aged for 12-24 months. It is then blended with a mixture of spices which include cinnamon, ginger and clove. Here the beast shows it's softer side by being kind to those with gluten intolerences and vegans. |

| Glenglassaugh Distillery Co. Ltd, was formed in February 2008 with the task of resurrecting Glenglassaugh distillery which had lain silent since November 1986. The new owners, the Scaent Group, finally started producing spirit at the tail end of November 2008. The distillery was never marketed as a single malt whisky by the previous owners but was always one of the main component parts of the Famous Grouse and Cutty Sark blended whiskies. A bottling of just 8,000, this spirit cannot legally be called whisky as it is not yet 3 years old. Matured in Californian red wine casks for 6 months. A nose reminiscent of strawberry jam, cranberry juice and sweet pastries. Soft spice on the palate with a slightly dry finish.

| Stags Breath is a fine whisky and fermented honey comb liqueur. Here is the outcome of the mystical alchemy of distillation that transforms the grain of the bearded barley and cloud-pure burn water into the golden liquid of life of the Gaels. Husbanded to mellow maturity in the cool aisles of glenside bonds it has been married to another fermentation - no less magical - the crop of honey bees working their quiet purpose across the slopes of the heather-clad Highland hills. It is the lightness of the summer sun entwined with the limpid depths of Northern lochs. Sip and savour it. It is an essence of Scotland. |

| Wild Africa cream is born in the famous Western Cape winelands of South Africa, where pure water from ancient springs and crisp clean mountain air combine to produce feed so wholesome, it ensures that the roaming Jersey cows produce only the finest dairy cream. In the Wild Africa cellars the fusion of fresh cream and carefully distilled spirit is aided by an advanced blending process, which ensures a shelf life of at least two years. This unique technology allows Wild Africa to be kept in the refrigerator and served cold, without thickening or separating. Caramel and fresh cream combine with the purest spirit in a glorious taste sensation - the lighter texture makes for easy drinking, allowing the spirit flavour to be clearly noticeable. Wild Africa's packaging is an avant-garde combination of first and third world. The leopard skin jacket on the bottle is soft and warm to the touch, while the “ubuntu” beads on the bottleneck symbolize the African tradition of goodwill and sharing between people.

| This Chocolat Liqueur is made by macerating cocoa beans in alcohol. Over a period of many months the alcohol dissolves the flavour of the cocoa beans. After about 8 months the extract is separated from the cocoa beans and is then combined with an extract of Bourbon vanilla pods, sugar and a *** Cognac. A substantially larger amount of cocoa beans is used to achieve the rich flavour of dark chocolate. A liqueur for those who love chocolate. |
